Yup. The sun is God's natural healer in many ways. I actually knew a woman here who had psoriasis really bad, especially on her arms and legs. She wore long shirts and pants all summer long because her psoriasis actually got WORSE in the sun. I mentioned diet (she's very large and eats tons of crap). She said it's a DISEASE... Not even willing to try but that's her journey. As many of you know I think it's more a dis-ease in the body, manifesting on our skin and in some our joints.

Enjoy Jen. Its been raining a lot here in the evenings but it's still very warm during the day. Autumn is around the corner and my elbows are showing it. I wonder how winter is going to treat my P this year.

My legs and feet are almost healed--don`t need to get my legs wrapped now----home/care still puts cream on before my sensee stockings---only my left shoulder has an injury --its already three years old,,,going this week to see a massage chiropractor,,hope she can help me---they say shes very good--my right knee and hip are acting up but its not "P" its gout---enjoy your winter flaymers.
Psoriasis is horrible in old age..wondering what Pharmaceutical company will ever help me buy the meds that would help me attain some form of quality of life??
