I am looking at it, I have had this 2 years this patch and my skin seems to be worse these last 2 years in the winter,I cant clear it and thats true and want be comfortable now and not sore and cracked in places,This is a magic cream though i know its bad,I could be dead next week so better go for clearer skin :)

Oh by the way, I will still eat a healthy lifestyle as always, skin clear or not as my health is important to me :) Thank you :)
09 Feb 06:41
By the way, They say this cream is herbal 100% natural and sucker people in , especially on face book, It does what they say, though didnt get it from them on face book as its 4 times the price, I got mine from EBAY,I am not using it now as 7 days is enough, steroids not good long term, beware , I see if things still get better,I lead a healthy diet/lifestyle and do WELL MAN supplement or Liverel vitabiotics , I wish you all well :) Flakes to beam up :)

Sometimes we resort to those steroids out if pain and inflammation and they do work for most . I agree do not overuse them and become too relient as they thin the skin and goodness knows what else. Does bring some relief but not as quickly as John's magic cream. Glad you have calmed the patch John

Thank you Rosey :) Yes i know about thinning the skin , :) thank you :)

I’ve had the exact experience as you John. Eat extremely well but still have some stubborn patches exacerbated by winter. My Chinese cream was also advertised on FB as being all natural but there’s no way that it can be so effective so quickly. Nevertheless I’m continuing to use it albeit it sparingly. I too buy it on eBay for way less. Considering it is winter, my skin is much happier than usual. 😃

Great Rita , Yes Chinese creams are all natural lol, NOT, Thanks :)
09 Feb 11:34
Well i dont want my flakes to MATERIALIZE on me again , Just need them to beam somewhere else :)
09 Feb 12:23
Hi all, recent light treatment cleared 90% of my psor but stubborn 10 % remains, have been using steroid cream but still no miracles, always had reservations about steroids but my derm says they are OK and you'd have have to use an awful lot of it for a long time to damage your skin. Have a good weekend.

Great Chris :)
09 Feb 15:10
Had a load of steroids, did no good actually guess dermy wanted results, attack and who cares the consequences, arghh we live and learn
11 Feb 01:46
Chris ,even light treatment can cause damage years afterwards ,eg skin cancer ,what we think is safe may effect us way up the track. But hey life's not worth being miserable so We try anything and worry about the consequences later.

I will be trying that herbal cream from John for a week and see how it goes. If I can just get my P smaller on my ankles then it's good. I want to walk in a knee high dress without assuming people staring at me. That will be nice for a change. :)
11 Feb 08:13
Well i am pleased Michelle, No cracking feeling uncomfortable from this portal patch :), Its a miracle :), I am sure it will do well for you :)
11 Feb 10:41
Life is full of magical miracles !
12 Feb 09:25
That is great news John and I'm happy for you :) I remember when I had inverse P under my breasts. It was so sore and it felt like an open raw wound . It burned and was so uncomfortable. I couldn't wear a bra that stage but thankfully it disappeared. I can imagine how you feel now. :)
12 Feb 10:21
Thank you Michelle,Yes its life changing for this winter cold weather thank you :) Please note all , i did steroids or herbal cream as they it? for only a week and now stopped and just moisturize on whats left, which isnt much now , thank you :)
12 Feb 11:13
Noted John thank you. I will only use it for a week too and see what results I get. I have experience of steroids and used it more than 20 years ago and know how bad it is for us, but as you know, my P isn't that severe, I only want to get the long term P gone which I'm struggling with. All short term P disappear within 2 weeks. Some disappear within 3 days but the one's on my ankles just doesn't want to go. I'm trying this for a week and see.

Please advise which is the best cream to use on my scalp?
06 Mar 13:26
Hello Ageetha, There isnt a best cream to use, Its what works for you, We cannot name creams here, we can say corisone, moisturizers etc but prescribed creams no, Steroids only thing that clears mine though not advised on a long term basis ,I use childs farm moisturizer to keep the skin soft ,I wish you well

Sorry to say that creams don't help my scalp. I'm using a steroid lotion occasionally. I use oil soaks. Whatever light oil suits you. And tar shampoo and conditioner when I need it once a week maybe. otherwise baby shampoo. Be gentle.

Argh scalp if bad needs gel from Drs does work , depends how bad? Olive oil was good
