21 Feb 17:18
I didn't till I took a dosage that did!
21 Feb 17:46
I am fine without any medicine, just diet change. It is difficult but better than medicine.
22 Feb 05:58
Diet changes don't work for everyone, didn't for me and I tried for 2 years ,guess cause mine did not come from bad lifestyle choices to start with, unless breast milk is bad for you? Am a lifer.
22 Feb 06:03
Hope your flakes keep on getting off ,John mmmm that didn't read right .
22 Feb 07:26
tbh. I've tried a lot of different approaches and whilst I didn't think it affected me that much mentally, it must have done as my confidence has increased so much since I started on my course. It took me a very long time to come round to even agreeing to take drugs of any sort in order to try to combat this condition because I'm very aware of the damage that could be done in addition to the positive element.
@Rosey, I'm very glad to hear that you are making big improvements with your condition...it's onwards and upwards from here!

HAHAH thats okay Rosey, thank you ,Yes like you i was born with it,Lifestyle changes dosnt have a big affect on my skin but think its less flakey?Winter is my enemy and that seems to be it,mine was passed from my mother, I know lifestyle changes does help a lot of people why i promoted it , I am on supplements at the moment, my well man +,i keep trying, The steroid helped big time, I did it for a week and now dont, my face looks flakes free , toxin portal patch looks great nearly gone,Yes if i was born from a different mother, i would be a clear skin thats true :) Thank you :)

On the + side, I wouldnt had met my lady without the flakes, So the flakes has made me meet my ideal match, just wish we were together living as a couple like everyone else , :)
22 Feb 16:18
Maybe one day you can be with your Lady John. What some don't understand is I had to do do the drug route, best thing I ever did,now ! Wtf did I put up with it , but I don't care if I have a short life ,least I see a rainbow now ,why did I try and so much money as I did not want to go to drugs, Better life, better mind so please don't drug shame us,the ones that diet didn't help,( John no u don't drug shame) others do but I bet they were not severe
22 Feb 16:34
Sid am totally with you ,you are me, like we want to take bad drugs but I must admit I wish I had done this year's ago,it affected everything ,Job ,life, activities , life stopped,I did not want to be here at times, so fck the drug shamers ,they don't know what we went through
22 Feb 16:53
Hello Rosey, If i had it bad that it was affecting my life daily with psoriasis and i tried everything thing else then who knows if i would go down the drug route, maybe? I was lucky that the steroid helped what i have, I dont agree with long term use of steroids as one can get side effects from that as i know but i was feeling discomfort so i went down that route ,I know what its like to be covered in psoriasis as i was as at times as a child, very bad and wish i wouldnt wake up and put up with all that grease all over me, cracking and bleeding everywhere,I remember it well, I look at these things as a choice when it comes to taking biologics, pills etc, I f it changes your life for better then i am pleased for you , We all know with psoriasis it will always come back no matter what we do but, its a relief for some time then its something. I am not a severe case and havnt been for over 30 years now, Winters was my dread and still is but i dont get it like i did all those years ago, If it gives you and others quality of life then its got to be worth it for severe cases i am sure,We want live normal lives as everyone deserves that, Thanks Rosey :)

Rosey, Who drug shames you ,Things must had been said that upset you?
22 Feb 20:58
Rosey, nobody is drug shaming anybody. Some only have different views with regards to drugs. If it works for you then great. Im happy for you as i know how you were struggling. Who am I to judge you on what you use. We are here to help and support each other, not to throw assumptions around. I dont like biologics, never tried it but this is my view only because of my research. I'm free to feel like this aren't I? I'm not here to offend anybody, only to get the help, support and advice from everyone.

Congratulations Rosey! That is very good news!!
For my son there was some clearance after 2 weeks then after the second dose it all went away so fast. The relief he feels has been life changing. I hope it clears completely for you fast too!!
