Hi Peter. Wonderful to hear from you again! I'm so sorry to hear about your pustular P and I know it must be frustrating. Unfortunately, I do not have experience with Postular but I do hope as well that someone here will be able to help you. What are you using at the moment? Is there weather being nice to you? Chin up,I'm sure you will get the best advice :)

Hi Peter. Sorry to hear this. I guess, my only thought, would be diet. I'd remove everything but vegetables and protein. Dairy and sugar (alcohol, processed foods, bread and pasta) needs to go at least for the time being. I'm not sure if I sent you the elimination diet, but feel free to message me and I'll get it to you. Our skin usually is a big red flag on something going on in our bodies. It was for me anyway. The goal may be to try not to go back to steroids or try get off them as that causes a whole different ball game of issues. I hope that helps. I had pustular psoriasis when I was initially diagnosed at 7 years old. I can understand. Mine was super bad on my neck, behind my ears and my head. Always weeping and was very painful.
