Turns out ostioarthitis in feet, am devostated, trying to work as they non the wiser, I don't want to live on pain Meds this hell suck as not, even mild

Pain is what I got to live with, least p is gone, this ain't fair

Early days Bev, I'm working still but long story, Im trying, but on methotre for p that's clear but now this sums, Im moderate in feet it's too late

So sorry to hear you are in pain Rosey very hard to cope with when it is constant. Maybe strict diet might help, I do not know just a thought because I know people with arthritis have problems with nightshade foods.

Wouldn't know as never had ostioarthitis before😊it's wear and tear, been in a physical job foe 15 years so something had to give, could be worse, could have been my back

Still up in arms and perceiving cause of pain drugs, but can work so alls kind of good, pain just an ache on medication, strong mind now, was devostated not long ago when got diagnosed

I'm sorry to hear about this Rosey. How long have you have this now until it was diagnosed? Both Feet? I agree with you. living on pain medication does suck but what can you do to make it better? We all know anti-inflammatory foods will definitely help reduce the swelling and pain but what else? I'm really sorry about this and I do hope someone on Flaym will be able to give you some good advice. Hang in there and stay strong. Don't put too much weight on your feet (carrying heavy stuff etc) and keep to your anti-inflammatory foods as it will reduce swelling and pain/inflammation. :)
