...feeling frustrated Lindsay @lindsay
Hi there has anyone tried going gluten free? I’ve been gluten free for 2 weeks so far but not seeing a change yet. I also drink apple cider vinegar, kefir and kombucha but right now my skin is really bad......I am so sick of it.

Diets work for some people. Im one who it doesnt work for. I AM allergic to nickel and too much foods containing nickel cause an eczema on my right hand..

Acv, kefir and kombucha are all high histamine.
If you read through and follow the advice given here on diets you will see improvements but it takes time. Good luck and keep your spirits up.

If you haven't had the blood test for celiac disease, do consider it, as damaged intestines can't absorb the vitamins which help prevent psoriasis - especially D, K2, and magnesium. I went 75% gluten free for several months and saw some improvement but have been eating 100% gluten free since an endoscopy in March. Since then, I have undergone dramatic healing from ALL of my autoimmune issues! Psoriasis has dropped dramatically, with only one little patch behind my ear that no longer itches. 😊 Best wishes!
