I feel sad and lonely and there is no relief for my agony.

Mary, a lot of us here have felt like that. I’ve had it longer than you and had a lot of ups and downs. Pleas know that no ones psoriasis stays the same, over time it will flare up and die down. Also, no two peoples psoriasis is the same. Treatments that work for some don’t for others. Thing is, initially, read through old posts, randomly or search for key words pertaining to you. You will most likely find a few things to try. A lot of doctors don’t fully understand psoriasis and just hand out creams.

If you haven't had the blood test for celiac disease, do consider it, as damaged intestines can't absorb the vitamins which help prevent psoriasis - especially D, K2, and magnesium. I've been eating 100% gluten free since an endoscopy in March w/ dramatic healing from ALL of my issues! Psoriasis has dropped dramatically, with only one little patch behind my ear that no longer itches. 😊
