I’m glad to hear your positive attitude. I’ve had it for over forty years and although I’ve had some low moments, I’ve managed to keep positive and absolutely, it can’t rain forever.

Forty years is a long time their is bound to be low moments. Getting through them is the main thing. Ive only had psor for a few years and have had 1 very low moment. So i can only imagine 40 years😦.

One of the best life tools you can have is the ability to not give a f&@k what other people think of you. It’s very very useful if you have P. I never had that ability way back, but I learned quickly to develope it. But yes, back in the day, I had down days. I still have them but I just keep moving forward.

James, it's hard to not give a fk when you are me, it gets to you, and it sucks, I'm tough enough, but everyday comments for 3 years argh I gave up, now am OK back then mmm no was not a good thing

Sad to hear Rosey, the world can be cruel and hard to keep standing tall and not give in. All we can do now is speak more openly about P and its different types, More people know and understand the more people may change, this includes families / loved ones / friends ,because if they do not understand they can not truly support you .
