Coping, treatment, diet
Had a break out of guttate because of my exams and heavy stress was, I guess, the trigger ? Now I’m free ! Any suggestions to clear it up ASAP ? I’m open 🤗

Hey, not sure about clearing it up quickly. Break outs and psor in general need time to heal with the right care. I would suggest keeping it moisturized and clean (especially since the weather is so warm lately) you could try using fresh lemon on the affected area aswell. Cutting down on stress helps too. I dont have guttate so thats the best advice i have, hope it helps.

Soft white parafin will soften plaques asap but you might need a steroid for the underlaying redness. Caution with both though. Soft parafin is flammable so if it seeps into clothes and bedding, well, just be aware, especially if you’re a smoker. The caution with steroid cream is overuse. That can cause weakness in the skin structure so it cuts easily. I had to give up shaving.

If you haven't had the blood test for celiac disease, do consider it, as damaged intestines can't absorb the vitamins which help prevent psoriasis - especially D, K2, and magnesium. I've been eating 100% gluten free since an endoscopy in March w/ dramatic healing from ALL of my issues! Psoriasis has dropped dramatically, with only one little patch behind my ear that no longer itches. 😊
I'm 22 , I've had pseriosis ever since I started taking school exams , that's including the arthritis some of us get. It's a shit show but at least here I can ask questions 👻
It's not just a skin condition.
