Hi Umair. There are so many things that works for many P sufferers but the final solution to me is definitely a diet change. BY eliminating all fatty, oily crappy food (junk food) and change to veggies and salad (with fish, chicken or sometimes red meat). I do cheat sometimes where I have a delicious burger of course and I do get my days where I eat chocolates the whole day but by changing my diet, I have control over my Psoriasis, as long as I don't stress. Enjoy life, be happy, look at yourself as a beautiful person. As soon as you change your mindset about your self, the sooner you'll become more positive and happy. Get some exercise in as well. I see that whenever I gain weight, my Psoriasis becomes worse so I need to keep my weight at a constant level. :)

If you haven't had the blood test for celiac disease, do consider it, as damaged intestines can't absorb the vitamins which help prevent psoriasis - especially D, K2, and magnesium. I've been eating 100% gluten free since an endoscopy in March w/ dramatic healing from ALL of my issues! Psoriasis has dropped dramatically, with only one little patch behind my ear that no longer itches. 😊

Well said Michelle and Ava, I have a similar approach to Michelle but i also have some foods/ herbs and spices i eat more of now, like Turmeric with Black pepper (You need the black pepper to digest the Turmerics beneficial properties) and i focus on getting my gut healthy ( intestines) by using a good Pre and Probiotic ( healthy bacteria and food if you will to kep the bacteria going ) . These changes have been the main thing to help me
Chronic disease experiences galore.
