Looks, coping

Psoriasis spots keep appearing on me, mainly the legs. Im thinking maybe the stress and caffiene ive been having lately have caused it! :( Time to double up on the moisturizing. What are your triggers?

Stress I guess 🤔😪

Gluten! If you haven't had the blood test for celiac disease, do consider it, as damaged intestines can't absorb the vitamins which help prevent psoriasis - especially D, K2, and magnesium. I've been eating 100% gluten free since an endoscopy in March w/ dramatic healing from ALL of my issues! Psoriasis has dropped dramatically, with only one little patch behind my ear that no longer itches. 😊

My triggers are heat, depression, anxiety, and stress. I have it in my scalp, face, neck, and chest. None of the shampoos does any good at all.

Was a medication that brought mine out severely 4 years ago so no one really knows what can set psrioasis off, some triggers are unknown is what I meant to say
