Has anyone tried it?

I actually have lactose intolerance, im basically dairy free and nothing changed for me, obviously it’s different from one person to another! I hope it works for you!

Hi Lillianm. That will definitely help. I do drink milk in my coffee, sometimes cheese with my macaroni, but I don't do yogurt etc. I did eliminate dairy from my diet and the itching were less. Try eliminating the dairy and you will find the itching and flaking will be less. Good luck :)

You know what I found? When I started to eliminate some food etc, I saw that some of the bad food does nothing to my P, but, combine lets say pork for instance - a nice pork chop topped with a bit of apricot jam - now that will trigger your P definitely more than eating the chop without the jam. So it is with most food. Having spaghetti alone is okay (although I might get an itch) but having spaghetti with bologna is an inflammation bomb. Eliminate the whole package (spaghetti with bologna) and replace it with a chicken salad or veggies with fish/chicken then you'll feel the difference. I know that some will rather go with medication than changing their diet but a diet is for the long run. meds are only short term. One has to decide what you want :) Good luck

Yes, been dairy free for years, milk intolerant for years, a little bit is OK, like cheese on a cracker just not often.

well Clint, not everyone will agree with me because spaghetti is spaghetti and it will trigger our P. Thing is I don't really eat pasta but when I do, I eat it with bolognese. what is pasta without bolognese? horrible. I itch more with the bolognese than without it. Obviously as it is too rich in flavour. I know, I know, I know, doesn't sound right but hey, thats me lol.
Rosey, I'm not a dairy fan but I do drink milk in my coffee and have cheese sometimes too. It doesn't affect my skin as long as I don't have it often like you :)
