Hi all. It’s currently 02:09 in the morning (UK) time and i have serve psoriasis although it doesn’t feel like that and I it’s my legs that feel so itchy, painful and burning most of the time. It’s aggravating me because I can’t sleep.

Rosie, what do you use for your P? Burning means you have inflammation in your body. You need to eat less inflammatory food, cut out fizzy drinks etc. You will see, once you changed your diet, you will itch less, the burning will go away and your P won't be painful anymore. You will get a good nights rest :)

Hello Michelle, I’m sorry the reply is long (there hasn’t been any notifications until now). I drink a lot of coffee and I barely sleep for long periods of time. I’m attempting to go vegan and stick to water. Will that help? I’m currently only using zero based emollient ointment. It’s the itching and pain that’s the most unbearable thing about it.
