Travel, exercise, diet

My flair up always come on the same spot on my body and goes away when I stop eating certain foods. I’m beginning to think I may have a liver problem. Could psoriasis, where the liver is not able to deal with toxins in the body?

Hi Claudia. The thing is that our P does not like junk food, pastas, fizzy drinks etc. We have to eat healthy. More fish, chicken, veggies and salads. No pork and not too much red meat. We are not all the same but should you try to stick to a healthy diet, you will see your P will improve. Previous studies have suggested links between psoriasis and health conditions such as obesity and metabolic syndrome that can lead to NAFLD, which can cause liver fibrosis and cirrhosis, and end-stage liver disease. We have to eat healthy and look after ourselves. :)

So true Michelle, Yes and remember your gut is linked to your brain aswell, Probably why junk food eaters are moody lol, also causing depression with lack of nutrients in the body , Yes gut health is very important, eat crap, feel like crap, I take Liverel suppliment too daily, vitabiotics for gut health and eat heathy too :)
