...feeling okay Mishlyn @mishlyn
Hello! Been a while since I have been on. Hope you are all keeping well! I've recently had a flare up. I quit smoking & started with a vape about 4 wks ago. Wondering if the vape is the cause of this Flare up. Anyone experience something similar?

I really don’t know for I don’t smoke, but i heard from some people it might cause flaring depending on the flavor. But im not sure, just sharing the info might help! And best of luck!

Hi I read an article recently that said giving up smoking can cause massive flare ups. I think that’s what happened to me, I had p as a teenager and not again till my 50’s when I gave up smoking.

I gave up about 3 mths ago, also vaped but vape was strong so lasted a week on that. Just have the gum occasionally now. Can't believe how easy it was to quit. Still crave one occasionly though, so do hope you can too give it up. Good luck.

I quit smoking using a vape, around eight years ago now but I had no flares at that time. Maybe it was the method I used.
I made my own vape juice, plenty instruction videos online. I made it full nicotine strength and vaped that for a week or two, next batch, a little weaker and so on, down to zero nic in about ten or twelve stages. I vaped zero nic for a month then just quit vaping too.
