Yes Lianne. 6 hours sleep is enough for me. oversleeping can actually stifle creativity, due to feeling sluggish and groggy upon waking. Some researchers suggest naps. An hour-long nap, for example, allows us to begin bodily healing and recovery and can be squeezed in at any time we have an hour-long break between other obligations. Ultimately, how much each of us sleeps must be determined on a case-by-case basis. The right number depends on our lifestyle, habits, and health. I found that if I get less than 4 hours sleep, my P flares up. :)

I was going through a stage of very broken sleep or waking up between 3-4am I can’t nap during day as I’m either at work or got my boy to look after and it makes me feel worse
