Secrets, coping, treatment

Eek I’ve not posted for over 2 years!! Pretty sure I owe you one, especially one with GOOD NEWS. Anyone else found that VITAMIN D supplements made p go into remission? They have been a godsend for me (and I scarcely get sick anymore, serious bonus!)

I take vitamin D and it definitely helps! Especially with lack of sunlight in the winter months

PREACH! What’s your dosage? I found out from my GP I can take even more than my current amount!

That's wonderful news Holly. Well done! I'm happy for you. :)

Thats cool! I take 2000 IUs/day, Iv heard taking fish oil with it helps the absorption

I too take Vitamin D3. I used to take 5,000 IU/day. I recently had my blood tested and my vitamin D level was quite high, not toxic but heading in that direction. So I’ve really cut down on it. Winter is harsh on P even with high Vitamin D level. So dry in the house. I need the sun!
