Secrets, coping, healthcare system

My psoriasis is going away but I am not quite sure why, I noticed it a week in quarantine.

Hello Daniela, probably because you are rested? I know when i was very young and i was in hospital i was advised rest was the best thing to heal psoriasis, less movement less aggrivating it so its possible, I am still going to work as normal so it makes no difference to me as i am an essential worker as i work in a nursing home as a maintenance operative :|) Good news for you :)

That’s great Daniela! Could it be that you’re getting more sun? My psoriasis too is clearing up which is great considering the stress we’re all experiencing.

I hope you stay healthy John.

I have always hated dermatologists that insist psoriasis doesn't have a cure and don't even question the nutrition :P
