hey John. I have been letting my hair down as well. A LOT! I gained weight. feels like 20 pounds but I know I'm only exaggerating. who can snack on a carrot during lockdown, watching movies? not me. nope, Im armed with popcorn and iced tea. got a few spots on hand from sanitiser and few on legs but I'm not too worried about it. I know it will go quick. thing is, its getting close to winter now and I have to take care of my skin. the cold will trigger more spots so I am done with the crap eating and just keeping warm. luckily our winters gets up to 25 degrees and on its lowest for a couple of days maybe maybe maybe -2 degrees but doesn't stay like that for long.

We are about to enter winter here in Tasmania in a couple of months. I am not a cold weather person and find my skin dries out so much and any spots are take longer to heal. The hand sanitiser has cause some issues with me too, I have been using shea butter to get some moisture into them which has helped. Take care of you.

Hi Michelle. Sorry about the spots, i got those too from sanitisers,Yes i know lock down will get people bored and just eat a lot, I do now and i am still going to work but think its just boredom while i await my flakey wife to get to the uk :),Your winters are special compared to the UK, 25 degrees is summer here but can get a bit hotter in the summer for some weeks,Diane, Hand sanitiser can make your hands crack like mine have with too much alcahole, I need wash my hands at work all the time and put these products on ,bad too much but i do put moisturiser on the hands sometimes through the day just make them soft ori get old mans hands, Today is raining and cold which not usual as been hot for so long , Dont know how people will cope if lockdown on too long as they wont stay in , well you cant blame people as we dont get long summers though in the UK,we are still in spring but weather been nice. You take care too :)

Sarah @sarahlou

Not brilliantly no missing my family a lot and my psoriasis is having a massive flair up its spreading to other areas of my body and got worse on my scalp

Rita @rita

Sorry to hear that Sarah. Stress is very bad for psoriasis. I’m able to get out and sit in the sun these days so my psoriasis is ok but my stomache hurts all the time and I don’t know what to eat anymore. I haven’t yet figured out how to be more zen. Hope the world gets better soon and we all feel more at ease.

Ellen @ellen04

Hi all … well I decided to go off my psoriasis meds due to my immune system been weakened especially to safe guard myself during this lockdown … so far so good only had one little flair... but I am taking a colostrum supplement to help build my immune system ….if the flair up get very bad I will have to go back on my meds......
