Can you sunbathe? That helps me tremendously. I spend as much time outside as possible wearing minimal clothing. Clears up my psoriasis almost completely and it’s free!

Rita - do you burn easily? I generally wear long sleeves and a hat when I'm outside or I'll be pink in minutes.

Hi Rita I hit the beach before the sun is up and sunbathe all day I don't use any sunscreen but I do go into the sea to cool down constantly x

You’re so lucky Alexander to be close to a beach! Salt water is the best. I’m near a lake so not as exciting but still good. Did a couple of hours of intense kayaking yesterday in the hot sun which was great. Enjoy the summer!

You guys are all lucky !!! I’m in Manchester England even in the summer water is freezing and not too nice to swim in so as Rita says catch as many rays as possible in garden or try and go to European countries which have great Mediterranean seas to bathe as it does reall y help , two weeks in the sun and sea clears loads and makes me feel superb , normal for once

Claire, I don’t burn easily. In the spring my psoriasis patches get a bit pink but the more sun I get the better they get until they’re gone until winter.
