Hi Bruce, 38 degrees is very hot! I can imagine you need to be in the ocean a lot! Don’t burn and have fun!

Yesterday I had pineapple chicken which consisted of chicken breat and a pineapple slice along with a mushrooms roasted peppers grilled tomatoes French fries and a creamy sauce I had such a large plate full that I could only eat just more than half. As I am typing this I can hear the call to prayer from the local temple x

Sea water is excellent for psoriasis. When mine takes over, I go to Thailand and spend about 6 hrs a day in the water and tadaaaa! gone

I am known as Bruce as both my father and I were called Alexander. I discovered I had Psoriasis about 20 years ago shortly after my spine collapsed in 3 places, I was informed I would never work again, since then I do lots of voluntary work
