Hi Peter... trying to get my P under control because when Covid started I decided to go off my meds to build my immune system …. well that caused such problems after about 7 months as I had the worst flare up & in places I didn't have Psoriasis …. well im back on my meds now hoping it will return to normal soon...

Hey Ellen , i have recently done the same from my treatment of m chemo tabs , i totally get what you mean , been suffering with the most debilitating inner ear infections - and all the associated problems with a huge flare up in the head era nose throat region , hope i dont have to start the m again to correct this , any advice ?

Hey Peter

I'm very well thank you. Flakes are okay and doing fine. no itching and no inflammation. just trying to manage the cold but its not different from SA winters. How are you doing? I hope you are well?

Peter @peter5300

Hey Michelle that is great to hear . I'm doing well, you know how it goes. Going to start a new job soon. That should help with the stress levels and should help the P monster relax some.
