Looking to change my diet to help my Psoriasis, I’ve heard about Keto, Paleo, AIP & anti-inflammatory diets and I’d be interested to know if anyone has try these, how effective they were and which they felt worked the best

Happy New Year :), many of you have new years resolutions? I have, Not to count the flakes lol and not be too over strict on what i eat mind, i been doing that for few months so i shall continue , i still eat healthy daily , Happy new year all :)

Given up all nightshade veggies. Potatoes, tomatoes, eggplant. I've been clear for six months. Wonder why doctors don't suggest this?

I have been eating quite a few bad things this year aswell as eating good things too,, chocolates, biscuits etc, This is an experiment to see if things get worse with the skin :), been a week of eating the odd bad things daily, I shall see :)

Couldn't eat Xmas day as been sick ,just a cold for 2 weeks now,but had comments from son that hasn't seen me that skin isn't angry and I looked tanned ? Haha hey I take what I get in compliments,maybe there's something to not eating,

Hi My lovely Flaymers. I had Gammon last Sunday and I thought I'm going to be covered in flakes and be inflamed etc. It's Wednesday and there's no sight of flakes or inflammation. Anybody else have experience with Gammon?

Wouldn't it be fantastic if there was a specialist just for psoriasis sufferer's? They would still make a fortune but they could teach us holistically,test us for food s that effect us and so on,theres no such thing as they learn from us .

I have read that Pineapple is good for Psoriasis and the bromelain, an enzyme found in pineapples, is thought to be anti-inflammatory as well. I become itchy from eating Pineapples. How many of you have the same problem?

I am AQUA MAN why?, because i drink water like a fish :) , 2 litres/liters of water a day is great for hydration,it can help to reduce inflammation make the skin less dry,Try and see, good for general health for anyone, bottled or filtered only :)

Back from Lanzagroti :) looking a little cooked,been naughty ,eaten crap and drunk like a fish,started feeling joint ache but its okay, hmmm, those rum and cokes are bad :), put a bit of weight on too,time to get back on healthy eating,all good :)

30+ raw fruits veg and berries every morning in capsule form have given me amazing results in only 3 months !

Off on holiday to the sun hopefully, off to Lanzarote with the lads, going to be boozing and some bad foods but, hope the sun is shining as the weather not been good there for a while,get some sun on my spots,time let hair down Have good week all :)

I been taking 2 good quality Vitamin D pills a day for 2 weeks,I am not sure but think its helping, no flakes on my spots and looking okay so who knows? I keep going with it,combined with my lifestyle i try keep these flakes at bay,have a good day :)
