Is there anyone here crippled with psoriatic arthritis?Did it take years to get worse, start destroying the joints ? i know usually it takes years of inflammation to do damage why, i stopped it in its tracks or things maybe different in 10 yrs ?

Am glad to say , i am not a sufferer of Psoriasis since around 35 years ago years ago, i look at it as a nuisance in my life but, it dont rule my life , could be worse for me :)Psa has been the nuisance but is under control,lifestyle changes :)

Of all my psoriasis friendly diet experiment recipes, gluten free Yorkshire pudding has to be the worst 😅 Now I'm "just" gluten and nightshade free. Eating mostly paleo style still with mega veg 💚 What are you doing for your psoriasis with diet? 💕

Where do some of you want to be next year,? potentially more inflammation? surely not? , Think about steps you can make to reduce your inflammation,Diet changes,, Diet/lifestyle changes is a choice a choice for everyone, i wish you all well :) :)

If one wants to reduce inflammation in the skin and joints and for other auto- immune problems associated,its wise to think about lifestyle changes for ones health,My joint disease is near none existent compared to 2 years ago, I wish you all well :)

The backs of my legs are almost covered with P now. After reading posts on here, I am going to get lemons and try it. What else does everyone use or take. I have been using steroid cream and am taking steroids. Thanks

Right here goes with the elimination trials 1st to go COFFEE..... all my staff have been warned to stay out of my way for the next couple of weeks 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂🙈

Happy World Psoriasis Day everyone! I'm celebrating with a lovely grapeseed oil soak on my scalp 😊 I'm getting back to a more balanced diet again after my food experiments this year and the guttate flare is still there but fading 💚

Hi guys, So i've noticed that guttate Ps has finally calmed down. I still use steroid foam, but i only use it at night now. I avoid dairy, nightshade veggies and gluten food and this dietary changes seem to work for me!

I have painful inverse P under my breasts and in my groin. Is it safe to use an anti-fungal under your breasts? How often? I was told not to use the cortisone under my breasts all the time. Has anyone had success with homeopathic remedies?

Hey al sorry life has kept me quite busy since the move and new job ect , P is on and off still and pustular P has been behaving and hasn't flared once so i am over the moon, just trying to find what is ok and is not except for stress ;)

Hi guys, I was recently diagnosed of Scalp and Guttate Psoriasis. Everything is new and overwhelming. I feel very conscious and very frustrated on what is happening. Any tips for newly diagnosed people? Im currently using steroids for management.
