Iv just tried Dead Sea salt soap... WOW, flakes and itching gone👏👏👏wee warning though it stings under the arms and sensitive areas when using a topical cream( I use the foamy stuff you’re not allowed to mention)

Hi my lovely Flaymers. Its very hot here in South Africa. We have 36 degrees and will be going up. The humidity is not good for me. Water retention which triggers and itch. How many of you have experience with water retention and flares? Xxx

Hi again i get embarrassed when i wear tamk top or dresses w short sleeve so i put a cardigan on so people wont see me i need stop drinking sodas my self i thinking one of main reasom why im itchying bad every day but im use moistures alot cool me

It’s Monday and I’m sitting waiting for my light therapy - my skin is finally showing signs of calming down and is less irritating - best I’ve felt in 2 years! Onwards and upwards!

Feeling quite run down, skin isn't doing it's best! Recent guttate outbreak is stubborn, plaques have become quite flakey, and I've lost my voice and got a bunged up cold, and sleep has become quite poor this past few days! Got to turn a corner... 💪
