Good morning my lovely Flaymers. I hope you are all well? As some of you know, P sufferers in the biblical times used urine as treatment for their P. I have read that some people now, apply their saliva on their P. What are your thoughts about it?

Good news! I’m starting work next Monday as a Junior Supervisor! I’m excited yet concerned. Last year my P just got more worse. I used to not bother covering my hand but now I’m just insecure all the time.

I watch a TVshow-Dr Pimple Popper. I can relate w/her patients who have been living w/one skin condition or another. Their feelings are so similar to my psoriasis ones. That is a major draw for me. Plus it helps educate people which helps everyone.

I am 5 weeks in after starting a new medicine. Feeling like a teenager again and haven’t seen my skin look so good! It’s been a tough 12 years but I may have turned a corner - holding onto faith that I will continue to improve and stay flare up free!

Genital Psoriasis: Had an interesting read yesterday that Genital psoriasis occurs in 29 to 40% of psoriasis patients, according to a literature review. That percentage increases in people with inverse psoriasis.

Good morning my lovely Flaymers. I haven't had red meat in a couple of days now and I can see the improvement in my Psoriasis. The two new spots I got from the bad eating during the festive season is fading and my PsA is much better.

Hey everyone! I did my best in the interview today! Despite having P,I felt confident from each and everyone that supported me before my interview. Even if I don’t get the job, I’ll be satisfied because I did well

How do you feel when you find new spots on your body? Panic? Angry? Disappointed? or?
I keep track of my spots and when I see one in an area where I've never had before, I panic.

Psoriasis friendly wardrobe. It's the first time that I actually notice that I have a P friendly wardrobe. All my clothes are breathable and light, and even my shoes are comfortable.

Having had P on my feet, I couldn't wear open shoes to work so I always had a pair of slippers under my desk. Nobody thought funny of it and it made things easier for me as it covered the top of my feet. I love slippers. Anybody else? :)

I think I should rotate my treatment for my Psoriasis. I've been using my coal tar mix for many years and it is great for the short term P, but I can't get rid of the long term ones.
Stuff worth talking about.
