My psoriasis has been a problem for me ever since I was a little girl. I have tried all different kinds of shampoos just for psoriasis and nothing worked. In the last few years, I have started getting it on my chest, face, and neck.

A resident where i work told me he used to have psoriasis and he tried all the creams given and nothing worked. Eventually he got told to just leave it alone and within 18 months it just went away. Mine did go away once but its back again lol oh well

I was recently diagnosed with Lichen Sclerosus which is another autoimmune disease. Does anyone else have this? I'm trying to find non steroidal remedies since it causes further thinning of the skin.

Hi my lovely Flaymers. Hope you are all well. Update on my P. I was diagnosed with strepthroad two weeks ago. I have hundreds of new spots but I'm not going to let it get to me. Just stay healthy and don't stress :)

Hey gang, first post in a while. It's been a relatively busy period for me with work etc
Just a quick update - some of you will know I'm on biologic injections. Still going well, all clear with no side effects other than being able to enjoy the sun!

Any alternatives for steroids? I'm tired of using them.. Steroids make p better for a short while then another break out will occur
Stuff worth talking about.
